Prosperity for Widows-Skill Development Progrme for womens

We have provided skill training to 700 widows and their daughters across Varanasi, Chandauli, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, and Amethi in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Training was offered in beautician services, tailoring, food processing, hospitality, and tourism. As a result, 80% of participants secured employment, while 40% started their own businesses, improving their financial independence and quality of life.

UDHYAM Project – Skill Development in Electrician Trade

Under the LIC HFL UDHYAM Program, we have trained 550 candidates in the construction sector in trades such as electrician work, plumbing, shuttering carpentry, and painting. The program has been implemented across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Assam, enhancing employability and livelihood opportunities for beneficiaries.

Banking and Financial Services Skill Development

We are currently training 600 youth in Varanasi for careers in the banking and financial services sector. The training covers roles such as Mutual Fund Distributor, Account Executive, Credit Processing Officer, and Insurance Agent, helping bridge the gap between education and employment.

Unnati Initiative – General Duty Assistant (GDA) Training

We have trained 200 candidates in patient care, medical assistance, and hospital support services under the GDA program. Through this initiative, at least 50% of the trained candidates have secured jobs in healthcare facilities across Delhi.

Pankh Program – Skill Development In Retail

Our organization is promoting skill development in the retail sector, focusing on women and persons with physical disabilities in Uttar Pradesh and the Delhi NCR region. The initiative aims to train around 600 beneficiaries, equipping them with industry-relevant skills to build careers in the growing retail industry and achieve sustainable livelihoods
