We work across skill development & education, healthcare, rural livelihoods, environmental sustainability, and research & impact assessment. We are part of the larger Uddhmi Group and are incubated at AIC-MFIE-IM-BHU, Banaras Hindu University.

We provide vocational training in construction trades (electrician, plumbing, carpentry, painting), banking & financial services (Mutual Fund Distribution, Insurance, Credit Processing), retail, healthcare (General Duty Assistant/GDA), beauty & wellness, tailoring, food processing, hospitality, and tourism.

Through our Maitreyi (Research & Impact Partnerships) programme, we conduct rigorous third-party impact assessments, post-placement tracking, and beneficiary surveys. We track indicators including employment rate, income increase, business formation, and community health outcomes.

Yes. Several of our programmes are implemented in partnership with or aligned to government schemes — including the PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) ecosystem via NSDC, and construction sector skilling aligned with CSDCI. We also work with Ayush hospitals supported under government health infrastructure programmes.
